Bah HumBug !
Supplies Needed:
Kit of Choice As I am Using a Kit

Plug ins - Xereo - Soft Mood
Mura Meister - Copies
Font of Choice
Any similarities to another tutorial is purely coincidental.
Lets Begin
File new 700x700
Grab your flood fill tool and flood fill the background White.
Open Frame 2,3 and 4
Copy and paste Frame 2 as a new layer
Go to image Resize by 85%
Make sure all layers is unchecked
After Resizing your frame Go to Image/Free Rotate/Right by 20
Go to Image / Adjust / Sharpen
Copy and paste Frame 3 as a new layer
Go to image Resize by 85%
Make sure all layers is unchecked
After Resizing your frame Go to Image/Free Rotate/left by 20
Go to Image / Adjust / Sharpen
Copy and paste Frame 4 as a new layer
Go to image Resize by 85%
Make sure all layers is unchecked
After Resizing your frame Go to Image/Free Rotate/Right by 20
Go to Image / Adjust / Sharpen
Activate your bottom frame
Grab your magic wand and click in the center of the frame
Make sure your feather / Tolerance is set at 0
Go to selections/ Modify / Expand by 5
Activate your background layer
Open Paper 6 and copy and paste it as a new Layer
Resize the paper by 85%
Go to selections / Invert / Hit your delete button once
Select None - Go to image/ Adjust / Sharpen
Now we are going to activate the top Layer once again
Open 3 Flowers and arrange them in any order as long as they are centered
Merge the 3 flowers together/merge down all 3 flowers
Go to effects/plugins/muras/copies and choose encircle
Change the Number to 8 and click ok
Now drag the ring of flowers to below your bottom frame
Give the ring of flowers a simple drop shadow I used
V&H 2 / Op 50 / Blur 5
Now Open the Mesh
Copy and past the mesh as a new layer
Resize your mesh by 85%
Move the mesh above your background layer
Go to image Free Rotate right by 20
Duplicate the mesh and go to image / mirror
Merge togther the ttwo mesh layers
Open Cluster 3 and paste it as a new layer
Bring it to above the top frame
Image / Resize / 85%
Go to Image / Free Rotate left by 20
Place it near the bottom edge of your frame
Open your Close up of Choice
Then Paste your close up as a new layer
Bring your close up on top your first frame
Place it to the left side
Lower the opacity of your close up to 33
Open your main Tube and paste it as a new layer
Go image / Mirror
Resize your tube if you need to as i did mine by 85%
Move your tube to the right side
Go to effects / Xero/ Soft Mood / Default settings ok
Duplicate your main tube
Drag your main tube under your bottom frame layer
Grab your eraser tool and erase any part that stick out
Repeat the eraser to your top top tube as well.
Open the HumBug Charms
Paste it as a new layer and make sure your arrange it to the top
resize the Charms by 85%
Go to image / Free rotate left by 20
Open one of the stockings
Resize your stocking by 60%
Move it to the far left of your HumBug Charms
And place it on the corner of the B on Bah
(see my image for preference)
Open your tag
Resize your tag by 60%
Free rotate your tag right by 25
Place it at the bottom left of your image(tag)
Add Your Name and Proper Copyright Information
