Dark Yarrow from Dreamscape Imaging
You must have a license to use her art
 Font of Choice
I Used Jelyka
Plugins

I Assume you already have knowledge of PSP
So Lets Begin!
Any similarities to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

go to selections / modify / contract by 4
paste paper as new layer and  hit the delete button once
select none

Grab your Square Rectangle Shape
Width 8 and choose a color matching your tube or kit
And put it in the foreground/ background Null
Convert it to raster and use a small inner Bevel On it.

Use a image of choice
As i used the one From Dark Yarrows Tube
Grab your magic wand and select the center of your Square.
Go to selections/ modify/ expand by 4
Go to selections/invert
Select your image layer and hit the delete button once
Make sure your image is under the Sqaure
Go to effects/ porcilain/ default settings
set the image to Luminace(L)

Grab your magic wand and select the middle window

open some leaves of your choice
I Choose the red ones from Jills Kit
Copy and past them as a new layer
I Didnt resize mine
(see my image for Results)
Go to effects / Xereo/ Porcelin
Use the Default settings 2 times
to give it the faded look
Make sure your leafs are under the window panel

Open the Gears and paste them as a nwe layer
Resize the Gears by 50%
Place the gears to the left side
Go to Image / Adjust / Sharpen your gears
Give the gears a drop shadow

Open a different Leaf
Copy and past the leaf as a new layer and place
it behind your image layer
Go to effects and use the same Porcilain settings as before

Place the leaf so it looks like its hanging out from the square.

Add the rest of your elements of choice now
And Your tube of choice as we will get ready to
