Let's Begin :)
Open a New 700x700
(Dont worry bout the size we will resize later)
Open your mask and a paper of choice
Minimize your mask
Copy and paste your paper as a new layer
Go to layers / New Mask Layer/ From Image
Find Vix_Mask414 / Source Luminance/ Invert mask unchecked
(Dont worry bout the size we will resize later)
Open your mask and a paper of choice
Minimize your mask
Copy and paste your paper as a new layer
Go to layers / New Mask Layer/ From Image
Find Vix_Mask414 / Source Luminance/ Invert mask unchecked
On your mask layer Merge group
Resize your mask by 85%
Now Go to Image/ Free Rotate by 45% left
Open your Frame and Paste it as a new layer
Resize it By 85%
Free rotate your frame by 20% to left
Open your ribbon and paste it as a new layer
Resize your ribbon to 50%
Go to Free Rotate by 20% to the right
Place the ribbon at top Middle of your Frame.
Resize your mask by 85%
Now Go to Image/ Free Rotate by 45% left
Open your Frame and Paste it as a new layer
Resize it By 85%
Free rotate your frame by 20% to left
Open your ribbon and paste it as a new layer
Resize your ribbon to 50%
Go to Free Rotate by 20% to the right
Place the ribbon at top Middle of your Frame.
Add a Simple small drop shadow to your frame.
Open Flowers and paste them as a new layer
Reisize your flowers down by 60%
Free rotate your flower right by 20%
Postion it at the top middle of the frame
Now Duplicate your flower
Go to Image/Mirror
Then Image / Flip and place it to the right.
Open the medal doodle
Copy and paste the doodle behind both flower layers
Leave this one as it but if you need to resize it(85%)
Duplicate your medal doodle
Duplicate it and go to Image/ Mirror/Flip
No Free Rotate your doodle 45 Right
Resize your doodle by 60%
Place it to the left lower side under the frame
Open Flowers and paste them as a new layer
Reisize your flowers down by 60%
Free rotate your flower right by 20%
Postion it at the top middle of the frame
Now Duplicate your flower
Go to Image/Mirror
Then Image / Flip and place it to the right.
Open the medal doodle
Copy and paste the doodle behind both flower layers
Leave this one as it but if you need to resize it(85%)
Duplicate your medal doodle
Duplicate it and go to Image/ Mirror/Flip
No Free Rotate your doodle 45 Right
Resize your doodle by 60%
Place it to the left lower side under the frame

Open your Sequins
Paste your Sequins as a new layer
Then Reszie them by 80%
Postion one at the top. on top the Mask layer
Go to image/ mirror and place it to your liking or like mine
Give the sequins a simple drop shadow
Open the heart clock
Copy and paste it as a new layer
Then Resize it by 70%
Place it behind your sequins.
Give your clock a simple drop shadow.
Open your Sequins
Paste your Sequins as a new layer
Then Reszie them by 80%
Postion one at the top. on top the Mask layer
Go to image/ mirror and place it to your liking or like mine
Give the sequins a simple drop shadow
Open the heart clock
Copy and paste it as a new layer
Then Resize it by 70%
Place it behind your sequins.
Give your clock a simple drop shadow.
open the black flower
Copy and paste it as a new layer
Resize the flower by 50%
Place your flower on top your lower frame
Duplicate it and resize the duplicate by 85%
Place it to the right side top of the frame
Now Click and activate your frame layer
Click your magic wand
Tolerance and Feather to o
Hold shift button and select inside all the open areas in your frame
Go to selections / Modify/Expand by 4
Now open your 4 tubes or close ups
Paste them as a new layer
Postion and resize them to your liking
Once you have them in place
Copy and paste it as a new layer
Resize the flower by 50%
Place your flower on top your lower frame
Duplicate it and resize the duplicate by 85%
Place it to the right side top of the frame
Now Click and activate your frame layer
Click your magic wand
Tolerance and Feather to o
Hold shift button and select inside all the open areas in your frame
Go to selections / Modify/Expand by 4
Now open your 4 tubes or close ups
Paste them as a new layer
Postion and resize them to your liking
Once you have them in place
Go to Selections/ Invert
on each tube layer click the delete button once
Do Not select none yet
Open your paper of choice im Using a black one
Hit the delete button Select none.
Add Your name with Font of shoice as Im Using JackieO ROB Font
Add Your Proper CopyRight Info on your tag
And You Are Done!

Open your paper of choice im Using a black one
Hit the delete button Select none.
Add Your name with Font of shoice as Im Using JackieO ROB Font
